Our clients purchased this detached property with a view to completely modernise and reconfigure it throughout. The 1960s dark red brick home underwent comprehensive transformation featuring new brickwork, timber cladding, render, and modern black multi-bar windows. A single-storey rear extension created an open-plan family living space with bespoke kitchen and island, dual glazed lanterns, a designer panelled hallway with hidden doors, a bold black staircase, and a second-floor vaulted loft conversion.
