We agree a detailed specification and provide a comprehensive, itemised quote. A JCT Home Owners contract is prepared.

Build Phase

PMD acts as main contractor, coordinating all trades from demolition through to completion. Weekly meetings keep you informed.

Your architect submits the planning application, but we work closely with them throughout the process and can recommend experienced local architects.
