Project Brief
Our clients wanted to completely transform their existing detached family home to create a much larger property. They were very keen to maintain the exterior style but particularly wanted to create more light in the rear of the property and incorporate an open-plan kitchen, living and dining space and large entrance hall. The front and rear of the property is now totally transformed. The brief was met by completely reconfiguring the internal layout and altering the external shape of the building with the addition of a large double-storey extension to the side and single-storey extension to the rear. The different architectural features incorporated into the design have created a characterful property with enormous kerb appeal.
